Competition Judges, Helen Smith, Andrew Ius, Simon Auty and Bill Ronald announced the winner saying that:
Congratulations Sam!Sam's winning design was one of many excellent designs received and we thank all who used their impressive talent to submit an outstanding array of designs. Sam's came through in first place for its visual impact and in best satisfying all aspects of the competition design brief. We think its vitality and colour will truly reflect these championships.
